Mockumentary about a wealthy couple who set out to make a difference in the lives of homeless
people by giving each of them a lollipop with a cheery slogan on the wrapper.
The couple sets up a charity that manufactures lollipops bearing inspirational slogans and
artwork--which they then distribute to homeless people to help pull them out of their slump.
