A writer who is suffering from writer�s block, is trying to write a screenplay about a clown that comes back from the dead and kills people by making it look like they committed suicide. His actor friend sets up a meeting and all of a sudden he has a deadline to meet. In order to finish the screenplay, he has his friend lock him in his unfinished loft so that he has nowhere to go and must complete the screenplay. Once he is locked inside his apartment, the line between reality and fantasy begins to blur and the film moves from standard issue film into the psychological realm of horror.
